Backups

Every subscribed Nookal account is automatically backed-up and securely stored for your peace of mind. Our backup service features the following:

Account Backups

• Hourly automatic scheduled account backups between 9am and 5pm.*
• 3-hourly automatic scheduled account backups between 5pm and 9am.*
• All hourly backup files are stored for 3 months.
• After 3 months, a daily backup is stored for 12 months.
• A full restoration of an account can be completed within 24 hours on-request.

Uploaded Document Backups

• Uploaded documents are subject to versioning to prevent unwanted or mistaken deletion for up to 60 days.

Data Redundancy

• All database servers and storage mechanisms run with a minimum of double-redundancy and include automatic fail-over in the event of mission-critical errors.
